We recently purchased a Fazioli piano in mid-December. The huge selection of top tier pianos on site at Merriam allowed us to play side by side pianos from Fazioli, Shigeru Kawai, Grotrian and others, and hear and feel the difference between the different models. That alone was a fantastic opportunity not to be missed. All of these pianos were amazing to hear, but in the end the consensus was for the Fazioli, and it is now a much loved addition to our music room.
The sound is like nothing else. A big thanks to [our salesperson] who guided us through the purchase process and made the decision to purchase from Merriam so easy. We were also impressed at the delivery, done by professionals who made the transport look easy and the tuner whose knowledge and skill was impressive. Everything was on time and complete. These pianos are beautiful works of art, and a huge investment, and Merriam provided advise and service to match.
