One of Grotrian’s keys to success is their apprenticeship program.  In fact, Grotrian trains the highest number of Master Piano Builders of any institution in the world, and as a result, their small but highly specialized work force always gets replenished with the top “draft picks” in the industry.  Having now been operating in this way for more than 100 years, every Grotrian piano gets a completely unmatched level of specialized hand-workmanship, underpinned in the latest in CNC, laser, and wood technologies.
