Fazioli
Fazioli Pianos have risen quickly and decisively through the ranks of the piano world from it’s concert stage debut in the early 1980′s, to achieve the enviable position of being the most sought-after instrument on earth. With a completely new design which draws on the traditional elites (Hamburg Steinway and Bosendorfer), Paolo Fazioli has accomplished a significant and measurable leap forward with more than 110 acoustic, technical, and aesthetic changes to piano building.
The Fazioli family has been long considered one of Italy’s foremost furniture makers, and after completing his university degrees in both piano performance as well as engineering, Paolo set out on his quest to build the world’s best piano in one corner of the family factory. A growing number of pianists and institutions now publically (and substantially more privately) agree that Fazioli is the best instrument made today.
Fazioli currently produces a wide range of grand piano options, including F156 (5’2″), F183 (6’1″), F212 (7′), F228 (7’7″), F278 (9’6″), and F308 (10’2″) models. A factory tour, a number of wood case models and the M. Liminal can be seen at www.fazioli.com
